SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via NZ Couriers.

SHIPPING COST

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $60 for reatil customers only.
  • For orders under $60, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.  
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxs.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or stock issues, processing may take longer. Should your order be delayed beyond the stated timeframe, a NishMan customer service representative will contact you via the details provided at checkout. 

DELIVERY & LIABILITY

Once dispatched, you will recieve a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (tracking becomes active within 24 hours). Delivery times depend on courier and your location.

NishMan is not liable for delays, losses or theft that occur once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider. Responsibility passes to you upon delivery.

ORDER ACCURACY & DAMAGES

    • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct, as NishMan is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address.

    • Upon receiving your order, please check all items carefully. Any damages or faults must be reported to us within 2 business working days of delivery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING COST

Please choose carfeully when purchasing, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong selection. 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

You are entitled to a refund or exchange if an item is faulty, damaged, or cannot be repaired. If your order arrives broken, leaking, or defective, please contact our customer support team within 2 business working days of delivery.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  • Returns must be made within 2 days of delivery, unless covered by a longer warrenty period.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. 

  • We recommend using registered post, as Nish Man New Zealand takes no responsibilty for lost return parcels.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

Once we recieve your return, our team will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Return recieved outside of the 2-day window, or products not in acceptable condition, will not be eligible for refund.
