We can ship to New Zealand physical addresses and not PO boxes.Â
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost.
Depending on the shipping provider orders are usually dispatched Mon-Fri and normally arrive within 3-5 working days. Dangerous goods such as aerosols will take 5-7 working days for delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept for the following:
Opened products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that has been opened or used.
We do accept returns for the following:
Unopened: Returns are accepted on unopened single products within 7 days of purchase.
Damaged packaging: If your products arrives with damanged packaging, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. You must provide a photo of the damage and your order number to qualify.
Faulty products: If your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

All returns must pass on inspection to ensure they meet our policy criteria before a refund or replacement is processed.Â
Return shipping cost are responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked delivery method. We are not liable got lost return parcels.
 We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error ( you recieved an incorrect or defective item etc).
